We offer a call out service to access and find the problem and if possible can complete the repairs there and then. If the problem is larger we will complete a temporary repair and then provide a comprehensive quotations for whatever works are required. Temporary repairs often save thousands of pounds by preventing internal damage and give you the time to make decisions on the full repairs.
Planned Maintenance
Planned maintenance allows you to assess your building. Consider any faults and weaknesses and adopt a proactive approach to prevent any issues causing real damage to the structure or internal areas. GRC can help you look at works that may be required in the future and help you plan the most efficient and effective time to complete these works. This will take into consideration a variety of issues such as budgeting, the number of people to be affected by the works, and the severity of the issue.
